We've created a group on Facebook that you are encouraged to join.  Support inquiries and other formal business matters should continue to use normal channels (email or phone our support team or your account manager), but we think there is an opportunity to cultivate more collaboration through FB so we're giving it a whirl.  You'll need to be approved for the group, but I've been able to keep up with the requests so far.
